Please upload a clear, high-quality image of your logo. Simple logos with clear shapes and readable lettering reproduce most clearly at small sizes. If we believe your artwork cannot be reproduced clearly, we will contact you before production. Please only upload logos you own or have permission to use.

Your tags will be programmed using the URL you provide, so please check it carefully. The tag itself does not host your content — it directs compatible devices to the programmed address. If the destination is later moved or changed by a third-party service, this is outside our control.

Each piece is produced after your order is placed rather than being mass-produced or held in large quantities. Our standard processing time is normally 5–7 working days before dispatch. Processing time does not include delivery time. During particularly busy periods production may take slightly longer — if you need your order by a particular date, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm whether this is possible.

Our products are 3D printed and carefully inspected before dispatch. Fine layer lines, small seam marks, subtle surface textures and slight variations in colour are natural characteristics of the 3D-printing process and are not considered faults. These details make each piece slightly unique without affecting its overall quality or intended use. Significant cracks, breakage, severe warping or defects affecting the intended use of the product should be reported to us.

As this product is made using wording or artwork specifically selected by you, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges because of a change of mind. Personalised items are still eligible for an appropriate resolution if they arrive faulty, damaged, incorrect, different from the personalisation submitted or materially different from the listing description. This does not affect your statutory rights.
